WineFood specialises in using wine throughout the cooking process to create reductions, sauces, dressings and marinades to complement the meal. 

The weekend Tasting Menu available at our outdoor Tasting Kitchen features a selection of the flavours used in the Chef's Table menu so you get to sample the essence and aromas from this much loved experience. If you want, you can build your own platters by combining Tasting Menu dishes with the other local produce from the display fridge. If you enjoy the Tasting Menu be sure to book in with Chef Horst for the five star Chef's Table experience next door at the Shingleback Kitchen.
