Pale pink in colour. The primary aromas of cherry and crushed cranberry are highlighted with floral notes of citrus blossom. The bright flavours of ripe summer berries fill the palate, defined by subtle earthy textural elements and a balanced natural acidity.
This is an unlikely blend of shiraz, grenache and pinot noir in pale rose mode that from the outset has an appealing rose petal and floral spice lift and is crisp and dry to the very last sip. So in modern rose terms it has all the boxes ticked, the straightforward fruit styling suggests white-pink strawberry with a dash of white pepper for seasoning and even a little tension grip for food compatability. 4 stars.
Lovely clarity with a rose gold hue. The nose is delightfully fresh with bright lemon and honeydew melon aromatics. The palate is snappy, taut and dry. A little spice on the close. Great value. 90/100
